Member portal for Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia.
Member directory, dues and invoicing, events with RSVP and QR check-in, regulation updates, and a product catalog with RFQs, all run from one admin dashboard.

The problem
Indonesia's textile industry association serves member companies across the country, but its day-to-day ran on WhatsApp broadcasts, spreadsheets, and bank transfer screenshots. Members missed regulation changes that affected them, dues went uncollected because nobody knew who had paid, and the business network that is the whole point of an association existed only in the secretariat's phone contacts.
Our approach
We built a web portal with two faces. Members get a searchable directory, their membership status and invoices, an events calendar with RSVP and QR check-in at the door, a regulation and news feed, and a product catalog where companies list what they make and send RFQs to each other. The secretariat gets a full admin dashboard to manage members, approve listings, publish events and news, and track dues, so the association runs on data instead of memory.
The outcome
Members now find each other, hear about regulation changes the day they land, and register for events in a tap instead of a thread. Dues are tracked per company with no screenshots involved. The secretariat runs the whole association from one screen, and the network has become something members use, not just belong to.
