The problem
Design teams were burning entire weeks reworking existing artwork by hand: recoloring for new seasons, restyling for different markets, and rebuilding low-resolution references from scratch. Every variation meant slow back-and-forth between designers and production, throttling the catalog and bottlenecking the supply chain.
Our approach
We built AutoInk, a web platform powered by a suite of purpose-trained AI models. Designers can redraw an existing artwork into new variations, recolor it into fresh palettes, restyle it across aesthetics, extract individual motifs and components from a composition, and upscale low-res references to production-ready resolution, all from a single interface designed for daily production use.
The outcome
What used to take weeks now takes seconds. The design team multiplied their throughput, shipped catalogs faster, and freed senior designers to focus on creative direction instead of rework. AutoInk runs in production as a private, company-only tool.
