Modular ERP for the production floor.
Replacing spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads with a single source of truth for orders, inventory, and production, with IoT tachometers reporting machine stops and performance in real time.

The problem
Operations were running on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group chats, and tribal knowledge. Stock counts didn't match shipments, production schedules drifted, and leadership had no real-time view of what was happening on the floor.
Our approach
We architected a custom ERP from the workflow up, covering order intake, inventory tracking, BOM, production scheduling, and approvals, with role-based dashboards for floor managers, planners, and executives. Non-intrusive IoT tachometers on the production machines feed live speed data into the ERP, so it detects machine stops and tracks performance in real time without any change to the machines. Built on TypeScript end-to-end so the team could maintain and extend it themselves.
The outcome
Order processing dropped from days to hours. Inventory accuracy hit 100%. Leadership finally got a live view of every order, every shift, every machine, and decisions stopped relying on memory.
