Real-time water monitoring for shrimp farms.
IoT sensors, predictive alerts, and a dashboard that turns ponds into a live data stream.

The problem
Farmers were finding out about water quality issues such as pH crashes, oxygen drops, and ammonia spikes only after the shrimp were already dying. Manual checks twice a day couldn't catch the volatility, and a single bad night could wipe out an entire pond.
Our approach
We deployed solar-powered IoT gateways with multi-parameter water sensors across each pond. Telemetry streams to a time-series database, an ML model flags anomalies before they become crises, and farmers get push alerts on their phones the moment something drifts out of safe range.
The outcome
Mortality rates dropped by a third. Yields stabilized across seasons. Farmers stopped guessing and started managing operations from anywhere, including when they were off-site.
