Pallet tracking for time-critical warehouses.
Tracking thousands of palletized goods with QR and barcode scans, scheduling FIFO turnover, and ending the era of lost inventory.

The problem
Pallets were going missing in a warehouse the size of a city block. Time-sensitive goods were aging out because nobody knew where they were. Scheduling was done on whiteboards, and customer SLAs were slipping.
Our approach
We labeled every pallet with QR codes and barcodes and equipped each operator with a tablet that doubles as a handheld scanner and floor management device. Every move, from inbound and putaway to pick and outbound, is confirmed with a scan, feeding a WMS layer that knows where everything is in real time. The scheduler enforces FIFO automatically, surfaces aging stock, and routes outbound pickers along optimal paths.
The outcome
Lost pallets went to zero. Aging stock dropped sharply as FIFO became automatic. Outbound scheduling sped up by 40%, and the warehouse hit its customer SLAs for the first time in two years.
