School system for staff and parents.
Admissions, attendance, report cards, fees, timetables, and learning materials for a preschool and tuition center, on the web for staff and in an app for parents.
The problem
A preschool and tuition center was growing faster than its paperwork could keep up. Enrollment lived in forms and folders, attendance in classroom notebooks, report cards in templates rebuilt every term, and fee reminders went out one WhatsApp message at a time. Parents of young children wanted to know what happened today, not at the end of the term, and staff had no way to tell them without taking time from teaching.
Our approach
We built one system with two doors. Staff work in a web application that covers admissions and student records, daily attendance, assessments and generated report cards, timetables, and fees with billing and payment tracking. Parents use a mobile app that shows their child's attendance, progress, learning materials, schedule, and invoices, with a notification the moment something is posted. Both sides read the same records, so nothing is entered twice.
The outcome
Report cards are generated instead of rebuilt. Fee reminders go out on their own and parents pay against a clear invoice. Teachers mark attendance in seconds and spend the rest of the day teaching. Parents open the app and see what their child did today, which is what they wanted all along.
