This policy explains how PT Wahana Intelegensia Sentient Elektronik ("WISELABS", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data on wiselabs.co. It follows Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the "PDP Law").

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in a message.
Our legal bases
- Consent: for Microsoft Clarity and its cookies.
- Steps before a contract: when you ask us about our services.
- Legitimate interest: to protect the site from spam and abuse, and to follow up with event visitors.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep or share data.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. These parties receive it so that the site can work:
- Our email service provider, which delivers and stores form messages.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site.
- Microsoft, if you accept Clarity.
- Unsplash, which serves some images and receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn, only if you open our links to them.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Transfers outside Indonesia
Some providers process data outside Indonesia, including in Singapore, where AWS hosts the site, and in the countries where Microsoft operates. We transfer data only as the PDP Law allows.
How long we keep data
We keep form and event data for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period. We then delete it or make it anonymous. Microsoft keeps Clarity data under its own retention rules.
Your rights
Under the PDP Law, you can:
- Get information about how we use your data.
- See and get a copy of your data.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to stop processing, delete or destroy your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Ask us to limit or delay processing.
- Object to decisions made only by automated processing.
- Claim compensation as the law allows.
To use these rights, email contact@wiselabs.co. We answer within the time the PDP Law sets. You can also contact the Indonesian authority for personal data protection.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit who can read your data. No system is fully secure. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the PDP Law requires.
Children
This site is for business visitors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
